On behalf of everyone at Mac Copy, we want to thank all of our Customers for your patience and understanding as we work together to address the evolving coronavirus outbreak and how it will impact all of us.
First, safety of our Customers and staff is of the utmost importance. We have taken steps to initiate social distancing when possible and tighten protocols following the CDC recommendations for workplace and customer office hygiene.
Any staff that exhibits flu-like symptoms or has a family member that has symptoms are required to stay home.
Information is being updated regularly and we, like everyone else, are adapting to what health officials have communicated and recommended for the safety of our customers and staff.
At this time, we will continue to work diligently to provide services without interruption. Please be aware that the manufacturers could have some backorder situations for products made in other countries. We are ordering extra inventory in order to minimize the impact in the event that backorders occur.
At this point we are keeping our service team in the field to keep the functionality of your equipment in working order. They have been given strict protocol to follow when on a customer’s site for safety precautions including wearing gloves, wiping down their tools with alcohol and washing their hands on entry and exit.
